From the first step cleaning to the last freezing and packing, the workers are strictly operating under the food system of HACCP. The factory records every step and batch every day. All frozen apricots are recorded and traceable. Finished frozen apricot includes IQF frozen apricot halves peeled, IQF frozen apricot halves unpeeled, IQF frozen apricot diced peeled, IQF frozen apricot diced unpeeled. Each kind can be in retail package and bulk package for different uses. The factory also has the certificate of ISO, BRC, FDA and Kosher.
